This is a local boat and is in excellent condition. SCS Sprint Construction. It has pedal steering installed, but we can easily convert it to a tiller bar with a pull bar or soft pull strap before shipping (the unused pedal system is not included with the boat, one steering system only). Located in Massachusetts.
