Braca II
Newly Added to Our Inventory
Extra Twist for a Firm Catch
Brača II is based on the Brača I design, it has increased blade pitch (see diagram below), which provides a firmer catch and more effortless exit than Brača I. FastPaddler just added these paddles to our inventory, they are a popular option in Europe. These are larger sprint paddles, in the same category of sizes as the Braca I. For smaller size blades with strong catch check out the Braca VII.PURCHASE
Braca Kid
Brača Kid is a 'parallel-edge' blade with a proportionally smaller blade size and with proprietary material characteristics and mechanics of the paddle that are specifically designed to fit children’s physiology. It enables absorption of impact from each paddle stroke, thereby reducing shock on the shoulders, elbows and wrists and ultimately decreasing common kayak injuries. These small blade sizes are also great for marathon and long-distance adult paddlers!

Braca IVs with Soft Blades
Braca IV with Low Impact!
All Braca IV components with soft blade option
A soft blade tends to be more forgiving on the joints and muscles during long paddling sessions, reducing strain and fatigue. This is particularly advantageous for paddlers who engage in distance, endurance, or have overuse injuries. Additionally, the flexibility of a soft blade can provide a gentler entry into the water, which helps maintain a smooth and efficient stroke technique. The Braca IV (4) represents the original 'teardrop' design, renowned as a leading carbon wing paddle across various competitive paddling disciplines including Olympic Sprints, World Marathon Championships, and Surfski. It excels in optimizing power application during the catch and mid-stroke, thereby enhancing the forward stroke experience to its utmost potential. Widely acclaimed, the Braca IV is also highly recommended as a first choice for those venturing into wing paddles. Its iconic teardrop shape, pioneered by the Braca IV, continues to dominate as one of the world's most favored performance wing paddles. PURCHASEBraca IX/X
Hybrid (Fusion) Model
Brača IX/X is engineered using advanced kinetic, bio-mechanical and material science concepts to combine the best characteristics from multiple paddle designs into one hybrid model. The X is the smaller versions of this design, 680 and 705. The revolutionary idea enables the paddle to provide different characteristics during each phase of the stroke (catch, drive and exit). It has a very firm catch, and then transitions to the smooth medium power drive and effortless and forgiving exit.PURCHASE

Extreme Tear-drop Model
Brača VI is designed with a more extreme 'tear-drop' shape, which facilitates a very powerful catch. This design maximizes the working blade area when it is only partially submerged in the water, especially at the beginning and the end of the stroke cycle. Due to the special shape, this blade feels bigger compared to a normal teardrop blade with the same area size, such as the Braca I & IV shape. Braca VI's are more typically sprint paddles due to their large size.Braca VII (7) paddles are smaller versions of the Braca VI (6) paddles. They are the same shape and are typically used for marathon and sprint, depending on the size of the paddler. This blade has become increasingly popular in recent years due to Danuta Kozak (HUN) winning two Olympic gold medals in London and three gold medals in Rio using a Brača VII 745 paddle.
